I still have not received my board or a date for delivery. The only thing I have is conformation of the label being produced

I have not received my board, and the customer service is unresponsive. I have sent five emails and an instagram message asking about tracking. It has been almost a month since I ordered my board. I will give it another week before talking to my bank and stopping the payment. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

New deck came in and we switched our hardware over to the new deck and everything worked great!
