Batteries stopped working 2 different times after having the initial one replaced and I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone from skatebolt who can help me diagnose the problem, battery still registers as having a charge but the board won’t turn on, I’ve replaced everything on the board except for the deck and the motors, it’s a high quality board and is nice to ride, I just need help to fix the problem it’s having so I can ride it again

The battery is expensive to replace need to drop in price especially when I bought the electric board for 700 bucks new that only lasted 4 months that sucks neeed to improve

Soo far soo good Its very nice to see the 4 bars staying longer life and get the 12 miles with one charge again ! Im hoping that i can do more then 250 miles with this new battery !

These batteries fade out in time after each use.. I bought a new battery for this used board and it's like new again. New upgraded motors and battery really helped but now I burned out the ECS which was on it's way out and rattling and the LEDs went out... Lesson learned.. I basically bought two boards but only have one not working board.. BUT I LOVE IT WHEN IT WORKS!!

Battery I replaced dated 5-15-2020 disappointed but nobody that I had dealings with at skateboard seemed surprised So Makes me worry about quality much less warranty ;-D

Have inquiried about wheels (all terain) told soon, but nothing but price tag at this time.
Asked about t-shirts they could find one (only one) that maybe they could throw in, if and when wheels were purchased if and when available.
Asked about headlight or other lighting twice with no response to that question in emails to sales@skateboard.com
Asled about frt or rear board portion and attached a picture as they didn't know what protection for frt or rear of board looked like..
