They won't answer my emails demanding them to ship it or give me a refund.
There's no phone number I can call to talk with anyone.
Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company. After looking online I found out that others were scammed by this company.

I am thankful there is an ability to replace the battery. I would say that the design and construction made the battery replacement more in line with the level of effort of a repair than straight replacing a battery. There was glue attaching some of the wires to the existing battery. It’s also required that you remove the grip tape with a heat gun in order to even get at the battery compartment. None of this is ideal but it’s still a great board with great range for its price.

Had a dead pack and replaced with this. Slightly different than original, but fit just fine. I added double-stick tape to keep in place like the original had. Chargers and works well.

We have used a tornado battery for the past 2 years now. its doing well and getting my son to and from work, last year it was to and from school 5 days a week. 4 months a year. plus him going to friends and such. So it is a solid battery. I am looking to upgrade to a tornado 2 for the skatebolt board and moving the tornado battery will go to the DIY board. So absolutely no complaints as all. Thank you for the quality gear.
