Quality of parts is ok, but customer service is non existent. If your looking for a company that stands behind it's product and provides customer support, this is not the company to buy from.

Was very easy to find the replacement wheels for my board. Haven't installed them yet just got them so I have a extra set considering I've put over 650 miles on the ones that came with the board in 2 months.
