I’ve been trying to buy a new charger for over a year and they won’t put more in stock and they won’t answer my emails when I email customer service

My dog chewed the initial charging cable that came with my skatebolt. I bought this new charger to replace it.
Until the original charger had been destroyed, the board worked and charged perfectly.
Once the new cord arrived, I plugged it in to my board and immediately saw an electrical spark come out of the charging port.
Now the board will not hold a charge on its own. Now my board will only work when plugged in for about 5 seconds before it dies. I
Obviously I was sent a faulty charger and it appears that that charger has fried the battery of my board. But I was having zero issues before y'all sent me this faulty charger. How will you fix this problem for me now?

Always good to have a spare. Keep one at home and one at work. Charges pretty fast as well. Definitely recommend.
