Ah, I have not received my order skateboard cover tape and tail lights yet, it’s order number #6284. I ordered it on 8/8/2024 and an e-mail from Skatebolt said it shipped UPS on 8/13/2024, but the UPS website shows that shipping waybill was not shipped yet. I e-mailed sales@skatebolt.com on both 8/24/2024 and 8/29/2024, asking when the parts will ship, but have not received a response yet. I expect better customer service and would like the parts that I paid for, especially the tail lights for safety reasons and visibility. What else do I need to do? Why does it take so long to receive my parts and why does Skatebolt not respond to my e-mails? And now Skatebolt has twice asked me to spend time providing a customer review of the parts that I ordered? Jay

Did not come with the connector wire to connect it to my ESC.... So now I have 2 and can't use them..

The LED light board worked great for my Tornado I. My board is about 3 years past any warranty, so I decided to get a new battery case/5v LED board and custom fit addessable LEDs in the side of it. Rides like a dream and looks GREAT!
PS - Props to the team for sending me an extra battery indicator board!
