Great board! Very nimble and fast(got up to 29mph). Range is closer to 15 miles while riding at higher speeds. I had mine for almost 850 miles and didn’t notice and drop in battery charge.

For the price of $400 (I bought on sale) I don’t think you can beat it. Real life range is about 10 miles if you’re going 18-22mhp and I’ve gotten between 14 to 15 miles going around 15mph or less. Love the features like cruise control, seeing the speed, and how many miles you’ve ridden. On month five the board broke and I had to send it in. They fixed it for free as well as one of the brake lights. It’s now out of warranty so hopefully it will last but we’ll see. Also, the other brake light went out shortly after I got it back. Those are a nice touch but wouldn’t count on them working for too long. Overall it’s a good value but I bought it thinking it’ll last a year hopefully then it may give out.

Overall you can’t beat tbs value for a board that’s under $500! I cruise around 15 to 18 mph and get between 10 to 15 miles of real life range on the battery. The high plus mode is great when you’re in city traffic and need to keep up with accelerating cars. I love how the board has tail lights and they flash when you break, but that’s why it was disappointing when they went out after only a month of use. don’t count on those lasting for long! This isnt a deal breaker as I bought after market lights for night riding. Overall best board you can get for the price

This board is absolutely amazing. I figured out the mechanics within minutes. Remote fits great in my hand. Very easy to use. Only downsides are the weight and the lack of a wrist strap on the remote. But I believe the other features like the speed more than make up for it.

This is my first time in a long time since riding a skateboard and first time riding an E board and I have to say I am throughly impressed with this product! I love the speed variation and that the breaks don't stop on a dime. For my first timers work your way up to higher speeds and learn how to safely bail when you find yourself in awkward moments. THIS THING IS NOT A TOY so please be careful and also learn how to safely break without throwing yourself off the board. Excellent cost friendly board and highly recommend it!

The only real complaint I have is the shipping on anything you get from them will take longer than they say to get here so never trust the shipping/delivery times with them is all I can say. It says its coming from California so I have no idea why its taking so long for things when I buy things from companies in california all the time and they arrive on time and dont take 2 weeks or more to show up and they update you every step of the way to you UPS with these guys doesnt update tracking that much if at all, I had a package that was coming and It said it would be here a certain day and the day before it supposed to get here I checked the delivery status and it hadnt been updated since like the day after I bought it 7 days before so I called them and they said sometimes they just dont update things very fast but its on the way and on time im like it says its in california and its supposed to be here tomorrow what the hell? And this most recent time they sold out of batteries asked when they would restock and they said 9 days I check back 12 days later still. Had no new batteries and yes you guessed it, theres still no new batteries and it is now july 6th. Soooo long story short they make amazing boards and at a great price! Just dont listen to their stupid estimated times like literally ever and you should be a pretty happy camper lmao I ride this as fast as It will take me on my way home at 2 am because theres no one ever on the road its so freeing and fun feeling. Some cops care, some cops dont ‍♀️ some cops just have vendettas against skateboards because of people that do tricks with them but Im like b*tch Im on a long board shit just cruises I cant do that much stupid shit on it calm down mr officer person idk what skateboarder hurt your feelings but go away

This board is my first dive into the world of electric skateboards and it has not disappointed!! The board is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, very well built, easy to operate, and not for the faint of heart as the higher speed settings definitely deliver!! I am absolutely very pleased with my purchase and most days can't wait to get home from work so I can go riding. Warning: This board will ruin kick boards for you so purchase at your own risk ha ha. Amazing job with the build Skatebolt!! Look forward to many years of exhilarating riding!!

Great build - seems very sturdy and well made. It’s surprisingly quick. Brakes are strong. Love the brake lights too - incredibly bright! It’s a bit heavy but manageable. I wish the remote was a little more ergonomic and the throttle even more sensitive for more precise control- though it is easy to use. Overall a high recommendation.

Both of my boys have a Tornado II. They are fast and reliable. They use them every day as their transportation to go to the Skatepark and around town. We did recently have to get the battery replaced, and the customer service was excellent! You won't be disappointed in this board.

I use this board as a tool to commute. At first I thought about buying an electric scooter, but after doing some research, I decided to buy a skateboard. Because I personally like traditional skateboarding a lot. It proves that my decision was right. This skateboard is so cool and fun. There are many slopes on the road from home to my workplace, but it has very strong power and can easily climb the slopes. That is very impressive. The battery is 7500mah. I can use it for a few days after a full charge. Usually it can reach 22-25 miles. Very convenient. So far so good. If you need to buy a board as Christmas gift. This is a good choice.

The skateboard is as good as described. Dual motors with strong power. The top speed can reach 24-26MPH, but I do not recommend riding at such a high speed for safety reasons. I had three skateboards of other brands, but they are not ideal in terms of battery. The SKATEBOLT battery is great, it can reach 18-20 miles on a full charge. And as for the after sales service, it is also very great. The team are always able to reply to your emails quickly.

When I opened the box, I was deeply attracted by this skateboard. Whether it is texture or shape, I am very satisfied with it. It looks much better than the picture. I couldn't wait to read the instruction and precaution, and then go out for a spin. It is great. Super fast. It can also cruise on. I really like this feature. My friend have a SKATEBOLT board too. I have Owned this board for quite some time 650 miles and growing. I absolutely love this thing, my only 2 complaints is the grip tape, so that was the first thing I did was upgrade it! Witch I highly recommend. 2nd the wheels they need to be upgradable! It’s what’s stoping this board from really standing out from the crowd. Other then that I have 0 complaints it’s fast and has some incredible range.

Love the board, it’s way more fun than expected, rides smooth and hardware quality seems awesome. I’m worried about the battery though because after only 1-2 weeks, I’ve already noticed it doesn’t last as long. Because I’m doing the same exact loop everyday, I can easily tell what battery changes are happening. For the first 5-6 days I made the loop. On days 7-8 the battery died just before I made it back home. Time will tell.. but I think the battery life gets worse as you use the board. I still love it. For the money, I think this board is amazing. I’ll be looking for the next step up like a halo board or something like that.

This is my first electric skateboard. Before buying, I made a detailed research and compared many electric skateboard brands, and finally I chose SKATEBOLT. It did not disappoint me. After placing the order, it was delivered on time with a firm packaging box. After receiving the board and charging it for 6 hours as instructed, I went out for a ride. At the beginning, I was not very familiar with it. I could only start from the L speed mode. After a few rides, i changed the speed. I generally use the H mode with speed between 22-25MPH. It is excellent. Every time after it is fully charged, you can ride about 18-20 Miles. I am very satisfied with this because I don’t need to charge it all the time. The board is also very sturdy. I am a 190lbs guy. This is good enough for me. I use it to commute. And i would take a ride around house too. It has brought a lot of convenience and fun to my life. I really want to say that this skateboard is great.

Great board for the money nothing better at that price. Well worth it. My son loves it. Only bad thing which can be dangerous is one brake light blew out. Otherwise 5 stars.

I wasn’t really into skateboards before getting this. I never actually truly rode a board before I got this either. It took me about a week with riding like 10 minutes a day to immediately get a hang of it. It’s easy to learn easy to master, fast, and can handle heavy guys easily (im 235 lbs). Been looking forward to riding it every day since i bought it

Okay, so the tornado 2. I have had my board for over 1,000 miles now and its time to give a good evaluation. Over all, its a really good board to learn on and still fun after. The thrill of hitting top speed really never gets old. Everything mostly works( explanation later) but there have been a couple of issues. So I love that I have an easy 20 mile range usually cruising around 20 miles per hour, with mostly smooth response from the controls. Sometimes the control seems to get confused and can cause you to get stuck in reverse occasionally(I just turn it around, lol) and the breaks can be a bit slack with jumpy acceleration on rare occasion. Mostly its smooth, powerful and relatively intuitive. I'd say it took 600 miles for me to start to really get comfortable with it. My tail lights appear to have a connection problem which has been an early problem considering i like night riding due to less traffic and heat. I had an accident early on and slightly twisted the front truck which gave a lean but that was mostly correcting with a new set. Over all I love the board, but I wish we had some selection on wheels to get smoother or larger options.

My son loves it, still working perfectly after 3 months. The led light did stop workng but it was really just a "bling" kind of thing anyways not really a big deal. The real world battery life is under 20 miles probably under 18 miles even but it does last a good distance and he is perfectly happy with it

I’m a 42yo man who just got got the tornado 2 as a gift from my wife. I absolutely love this thing! It lives up to the hype 100%. Climbs the hills here in western Wisconsin carrying me at 185# effortlessly. This is probably the first review I’ve ever written about anything and I’m here to tell you it’s worth every penny so far.

I ride this on medium setting because that’s what I’m comfortable with right now. On medium setting, the top speed on a flat surface is around 15 mph. Even at this speed, the brakes are really harsh/sudden. I’m on the second lowest brake setting and it still brakes extremely suddenly that I’ve fallen off a couple times. I’ve found that you have to pump the brakes instead of just having it continuously braking just so your body can catch up to that sudden slow down. Going down to the lowest brake setting doesn’t brake fast enough for what I like. The second lowest brake setting brakes at a reasonable time/distance but it’s really sudden. It’s like if you’re in a car, every time you want to brake, you’re stomping on the brakes. From the moment you pull down on the trigger to brake, there’s a half a second delay, and then you’re being thrown forward (and off the board if you’re unprepared). This doesn’t make sense because there’s four brake settings. I’m only on the second lowest one. I can’t imagine people who are able to use the highest one

Super awesome skateboard! Takes a second to get used to the power but within minutes I was using H+ speed and getting 28mph cruising around the neighborhood. Usually get 12+ miles in range and it is super fun to ride around on. Definitely recommend. Never had an electric skateboard before so I can’t compare it to anything else but is an awesome toy to mess around on in my free time.

I have skateboard it since the age of 12 and then went on to rollerskates, and for the next 25 years, I’m nearly 60 I bought the skateboard as a present because it was a good price, and I still long board, but be under no allusions it’s very fast I weigh 172 pounds, and the reason I gave you a background of me on skateboards and roller-skates is that I’m used to going fast I also snowboard, but this is a different animal mainly because of the breaking and the transfer weight from the front foot to the back foot from acceleration to deceleration , you really have to be on your toes but he is absolutely exhilarating and a fantastic board.

Great build quality Plenty fast I'm 270 lb and it can handle me perfectly. I'm also a new rider. I've only been riding for about a year. It was very easy to jump on this board and go. A ton of fun. The only thing I would even want to change would be to add a wrist strap to the controller. I lost my balance once and accidentally threw the controller on the ground. Thank goodness I didn't break it.

Go quality material worth an every penny beside a got hit by a car and is planning to get a new one

The board is relatively honest when it comes to performance, goes 26 miles per hour and I’ve never been able to go past that speed on flat ground, can go up to 20 miles on a full battery, rides smooth good handling. Although I ran into a few issues but not major ones, some times when I would flick the accelerate button forward the boards motor wheel would spin at full speed for a few second before turning off, which could be really dangerous if you don’t notice it in time, but if you turn off the bird and controller and turn them back on it’s us sally fix’s that problem, and the second problem is the durability. Going on rocky asphalt can cause serious scratches on the trucks and the wheels and which caused my left tail light to dim and permanently shut off, the grip tape is a little lower quality compared to standard longboards, but can be stripped off and replaced with better ones by hand. Other than that I think this is longboard is better than most others on the market and it’s speed, battery life, tail lights, and price makes it a good buy and you can rely on this board over other brand longboards.

The board is super cool! I am amazed at how powerful it is - I can easily motor up my driveway which is quite steep. I am still learning how to ride so can't comment yet on how it does at top speed, but so far I am super impressed! One thing to watch out for: the brakes are very strong and it takes some skill to stay balanced when they engage. If you are careful with the controller you can get the brakes to engage partially.

I've been using the Skatebolt Tornado ll for several weeks now. This is a great board to start out with and I've enjoyed cruising the roads. The battery lasts me several trips and it goes faster than I'm even comfortable doing. My only complaints are 1. The hub wheel tires cannot be upgraded/changed. Some models you can but not this one. 2. The deck does not flex. This, coupled with the thin non-replaceable back tires, make for a bumpy ride. If you're only on smooth roads it wouldn't matter much however. Thanks Skatebolt for a fun product.

The only thing I had an issue with was the remote the first time I got on the board I wasn’t prepared for such speed so I initially fell backwards kinda how people slip on banana peels, when I fell I landed on the remote (was still in my hand) and the trigger/lever had snapped inside in short it would only react to acceleration and would not break causing a run away board aside from having to order a replacement I would suggest the company make way strong remotes when it comes to quality of the board tho 10/10 wheels have held up fine takes well to bits of stray gravel unless you have speed wobbles going on and it does get up to about 28-30 mph for me I weight in at about 170

Really fast really smooth really fun!

When I got the skateboard I did see a little damage from shipment handling but that wasn't the box it was in it was a extra protection box, Opened the box and saw the charger for the skateboard, the remote charging cord, T tool and instruction book and I kinda broke the rule on charge it before riding it because I was so excited to jump on it The speed is SO fast and the handling is great, You can turn the skateboard left & right very easy but if you dont want to you can tighten them with the T tool, I tested the speed and it has serious speed I got thrown off bc I wasn't ready but I just laughed about it anyways the price is little high but I can see why the quality and the speed and the handling, This is NOT ment for kids 10 under, I hope this helps someone if they are thinking to buy this product

so I can honestly say that skatebolt is the MOST RELIABLE electric skateboard company because if you ever damage the board you can just pick the replacement off their website the board is extremely fast and stylish with griptape I highly recommend this board because I've had two other other boards that have broke and they were done but the build of the skatebolt keeps you elevated enough to run over small crack but do beware larger ones go slow

Would be a five if it wasn’t for the semi-inconsistent brake system. Either brakes to hard or too light. This is my second comparable E-board. I’ve put on about 30 miles in just a few rides. Very sturdy with me at 210. Idk what the hell sheerness is but Amazon wants me to mention the it’s sheer...like sheer as sheerness can be if it was a sheer.

Best board on the market(for the price point). I use too have the breeze 2 but nothing can compete to this tornado 2, absolutely destroys hills and rocks no problems at all. Not made for off-road but that doesn’t stop me. Love this board great job too skatebolt 100% approved.

I just got this and have only put about 7 miles on it but it’s great!! I’m a bigger guy, about 6’1 235lbs and it was able to take me on a 6 mile round trip to the beach and back with some slight inclines along the way. I was able to hold about 13mph while going uphill and topped out at about 30mph going downhill which was a bit sketchy. I averaged about 18mph the entire ride. I only used about half the battery with this trip so I could expect about a 12mile minimum capacity with my size and going the speed I was going. The deck seems like it had no issues with my weight and the wheels are pretty good with going up driveway bumps and even going over some loose gravel without causing me to stick and fall. I highly recommend this for anyone on the bigger side who wants speed and durability with an electric skateboard!

This is the best electric longboard I have ever bought. Works perfectly all the time for every ride. Motors are beyond strong. My friend was ride his board and it died so this tornado 2 was able to drive both of us up a hill and flat street for 2 miles back to the car. It easily got 20 miles range for me. I was using the high speed mode. Love the remote with the screen. I already have almost 100 miles on it and it hasn’t been a month yet.

Button does not work, does not turn on or off which negatively effects the battery life. Only way to use it is to manually spin the wheels to force it to turn on then link the remote. Overall very suspect quality. Fun but if allay one there is a problem like this doubtful it will work for long.

I bought this skateboard for my son after returning a completely different one I bought for him off Amazon. I’m definitely happier I made that choice because the quality of this board outweighs the previous one. This quality of this board is solid and we’ve had no issues since making this purchase!

This is so dam awesome I can't be more happier it came quick brand new everything there and new and speed went up to 28MPH depending on body weight I'm 140-150 but smooth ride best deal can't be more happier and excited. As soon as I got it I charged it and went on a ride for 3 hours almost 4 hours depends on the settings you put it on and the h-h setting super fast but be very careful and definitely loosen up your trucks cause I didn't and recked had to bail to grass but no damage to board thankfully 1000% sattisfied

Bought the Tornado 2 in November and since then have been riding almost daily totaling over 500 miles. Out of the box it was great however the grip tape was really poor quality. After about 100 miles the bushings started to deteriorate in density at an alarming rate. Once I finally made a bushing change at 200 miles they might as well not have existed. Made a change to Orangatang Nipples bushings and haven't made a change since. Every once in a while one motor will shut off however turning the board off and on again has fixed it every time. The brakes aren't the best even at maximum power but that's just a feature of how hub motors are.

I Have had a blast, went over 100 miles in the first Month; just be careful. I fell off and broke my collarbone. The only complaint I have is that the specs are slightly exaggerated. I’d say 21 MPH top speed and 8-10 miles on the battery are more accurate.

Most of these are the same I've come to find out. All brands seem to be the same thing with features that are different (weight, sturdiness, rigidness, ruggedness). This one seems to have balanced them out for me that is. I bought 5 different brands around Christmas to give to top clients. Prices were about the same. Some boards had fat batteries that seemed to catch object high centered. Some were just too wobbly even after adjustments. I'm just saying that this board seems to have balanced all aspects. The turning radius was where it lacked a bit and it will not do 25mph under any circumstances. 23 was top.

Had this for a few weeks now. Been using it to go on trips to the grocery store and the exchange here on the air force base where I'm currently stationed. It really gets up and goes in the H+ mode. Battery life is decent but mostly if you aren't using the fastest setting the whole time. Does fairly good on hills too. I've been impressed by it.

I got this skateboard for my fiancé and OMG, was he amazed by it! absolutely loved it. Best present so far. I even tried it and it was awesome, loved it. Now I am really considering getting one for myself so I can ride with him (we are in our mid 30s) this skateboard brought out the kid in us hehe love it!!!!

I have never skateboarded before so I’m still taking it easy on it. It’s fast and very reliable. I’m having a bit of a problem with the braking but it’s mostly user error, not a product problem. I bought the item and wanted to return it not knowing how much fun it will be. This company has done a very awesome job on making this skateboard fun, safe and very sturdy.

Be very careful if you are new to electric longboards. I have had longboards for years but electric is a different monster. My first day out on it was a great 40 minute ride until somehow the board fishtailed and threw me onto the roadway. That incident caused me to break my left arm, my left leg and I had to get complete hip replacement surgery on my left side. Luckily I was wearing a helmet because I wacked my head pretty good. This is a true story. I'm still sleeping in a recliner after 3 weeks because I can't get into bed. Stay safe out there people

I love this board, I love the speed, the sturdiness, and it's my first longboard, but I feel like I got cheated out of a good battery. My battery barely lasts ten miles which is super disappointing. On top of that, the wheel quality is terrible. My wheels are starting to chip which I see isn't too uncommon. The wheel lost grip while I was going 25mph and I got in a really bad spill that put me out of commission for three weeks. I still love the speed and everything else about it though.

This is my first electric board. I haven't been on a board since I was 16 and I am 48 now. This is a blast to ride and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a nice cruiser to purchase this. And yes, this was one of those midlife crisis buys but well worth it!!!! Also, I do not have anything to compare this to but for the price, why would I go spend 2 to 3 times more when this is perfect for what I need.

All I can say is this has exceeded my expectations. I'm 240# and can go 25mph on this guy. Kinda scary actually. my only complaint is that I wish it turned faster. It seems the trucks aren't responsive enough in tight turns. Maybe that for good reason being that it goes so fast... It is after all a long board but its hard to control going slow because its not responsive enough but who the hell likes going slow. I bought it because it is lightning fast. reports are true about the acceleration. best to practice in slow mode cause the board accelerates very quickly and if your not ready will leave you on your butt.

The board is amazing. Very fast, holds charge a long time. What I didn’t realize, the battery pack on the bottom is one solid piece so it makes for more of a bumpy ride than other boards with split battery packs.
