This remote works well. It replaced the same model one that I had dropped off the roof of my SUV, about a 6 foot drop. After the drop, my old remote would give intermittent un-commanded slow forward directions to my Pro A board, without me touching my remote. It felt unsafe, so I replaced the remote, which fixed the issue.

I would like the remote to come with instructions on how to pair, how to change from forward to reverse, how to turn on the cruise control and how to work the other various functions. The hand strap was too small to fit over my gloved large hand, so I had to buy a Moxyo Zigi wrist strap. The remote took weeks to ship to me, which was too long for a simple purchase. I would like to be able to switch from a "Vibration" notice to a "Beep" notice when the skateboard battery is low or while switching speeds.

My experience is that the customer support for this company sucks! This remote did solve my issue in that my Breeze skateboard now works again. I don’t like that this remote is larger than the original one but the thumb control is much smoother. On the website it said shipping time 4-5 days. It took them over a month to ship me the remote. Terrible!
I bought 2 exact same Breeze II skateboards and of course just after the warranty expired (which is too short) the remote control for my skateboard became unreliable and inconsistent. My wife’s continues to work fine. I think an $800 skateboard remote should last at least a year! But Skatebolt could care less. The don’t stand behind their product. The choice, quality and prices of Electric skateboards are getting better. I would strongly recommend considering a different company to buy from. One that stands behind their products and doesn’t blow you off as they did me.

Much smoother for acceleration and braking !! The vibrate alerts much better then the beep sense I usually rock out while riding . Moreover with new you can change the wheel size to match what you actually running and turns out I have done a lot more miles then I thought !!! because I have been running the 100mm rubber tires the whole time .

The first remote broke when it fell had no strap this new remote has a strap and a lot easier to work I definitely recommend purchasing this remote regardless if you need one or not. Very easy to pair. Great buy

I’ve had this board for about 2 years and went through two remotes so far. I absolutely love the board. I use it everyday to walk my dog and use it at the race track on weekends.

It's worth the extra money. You get more control, and I already had a crash and this time the remote didn't break. So essentially there it paid for itself. The $30 remote is way too fragile, this one is significantly better.

this remote and the original aren't even in the same universe! cruise control is awesome! the dial sensitivity gives you tons of control. Smash the remote that came with your board( actually, dropping it 6 inches will probably break it...) and order this. You won't regret it!

I had lost my other remote and bought this one it works just fine. It’s a lot nicer than the original that came with the Breeze II. It was super easy to pair when I first bought it. It has everything the original had from 4 speed options, 4 break options, Cruz control, odometer, battery indications, vibration to let you know battery close to dead, speed, max speed . I don’t think it comes with a reverse mode that the original had
