Hi I never actually received my hub motor only my controller came in the mail. The worst part is I’ve been trying to contact you’re support team with no response.

so how much did it cost? because mine one of the wheels won't go ..and my power button won't turn off.

Unfortunately had to buy the whole motor since ya can’t buy just the cover. Going to utilize the extra motor in an experiment I’ve been planning maybe I’ll share those results
