It’s a fun begginer’s eboard. You need to have a little experience on riding a skateboard to stay on it because this thing moves quick.

I love it, it’s amazing to ride and I got the hang of it in less than 5 minutes and it charges really fast! It’s small but mighty, I love it!

This board did not disappoint me! It is small, but mighty. The weight capacity is about 110 lbs and I am around 125 lbs, but the board moves with ease. The trucks have a lot of play. Im no skateboarder, so I dont know if you can swap the bushings out to make it stiffer because the rear trucks cannot be switched out due to the location of the motor, but I have absolutely no problem with the trucks. Downhill and flat surfaces only require low gear (2 gears: Low-High) while going uphill requires high gear. Be warned, the small surface area requires a lot of balance because the get up on this thing kicks in about 1 second after you give it throttle, and it is powerful enough to put you on your butt if you give it full power all at once; which is why I put smaller penny board wheels on the front and a little wheelie bar on the back. The battery lasted over an hour for me at various speeds, and went at least 3 days before I barely lost 1/4 of the battery. It is not recommended to use the motor in high gear throughout your riding duration as it can cause exstensive wear on the motor and gears. This is a great way to commute around town and get you from point A point B. Even better, you dont have to worry about gas!

This product was very good for my son. He used it for about 2 months now almost everyday and the battery is still perfect! He showed his friend how to use a skate board and he learned so quick. This skateboard is great for children beginners and fun for your children. If you are an adult you could buy is but it is best for kids.

I'm a beginner and I'm super happy I got this board! Would have given it 5 stars hadn't it been to some minor hiccup.
PROS:
1. Super stable! I tried riding another small, non-electric board before I switched to this Skatebolt mini. After tightening up the trucks a little bit, this one doesn't wobble anywhere near as much as my old board, and the turn radius is terrific!
2. It's SAFE: I live in San Francisco. I fell off my old, non-electric board pretty frequently, especially when I tried to push myself uphill or lost control of my speed going downhill. This one goes up some fairly steep (10-20 degree hill) smoothly, and gives me full control of my speed when going downhill. I've ridden it for ~10 miles today and didn't fall once.
3. Perfect for traveling around city streets. I don't think I ever need to go any faster than 12 mph, so while others may complain that this board is slow, for me it's perfect. The big wheels gets me through some beat up roads pretty smoothly. When I'm taking it indoors (buses, shops, etc.) it hooks on my backpack perfectly, and it's so light I can carry it around all day. Bonus: this thing turns heads! I've gotten compliments, questions, some wow's from both kids and adults. It's fun!
4. Charges up pretty quickly: Battery goes from being so drained it starts to disconnect from the remote controller to being pretty much full in about 1.5 hour.
CONS:
Very sensitive remote controller: I gotta be extremely prepared when slowing down or braking on this thing, because turning the remote control's wheel even just by a millimeter can instantly drop the speed by half and send me flying forward. Keep an eye out for what's 15-20 ft ahead of you so you can start to slow down waaay beforehand. It also picks up speed ridiculously fast so turn the controller's wheel as slowly as you humanly can when you first get on.

I ordered this for my 12 year old son. He had never ridden a skateboard so I was a little leery but he loves it! He is able to easily ride and maneuver at both speeds. Very happy with this purchase!
