I ordered this a month and a half ago, and I didn’t get a tracking number or updates for weeks. It finally got delivered today, and I couldn’t use my board until it got the part. I sent an email regarding the lack of updates, and didn’t get any response. This is ridiculous it shouldn’t take this long to ship out a piece of foam.

It took a month and a half to receive a tracking number for the order with no updates or anything. It’s literally a piece of foam it shouldn’t take this long.

Works as described

I placed my order on November 19, 2023 and I have yet to received an update on the tracking information. I’m still waiting on it to be delivery and it is now December 7, 2023

I was sent the wrong item at first but it was fixed right away and the correct pad was shipped immediately. A+ customer service. Thank you.
