Love it!! My hubby uses it to commute everyday and it makes it up the freeway overpass no problem. My teenage son loves to ride it too! Very fast!

I use this board for my college campus and I have been loving it! all you need to beware is that its pretty heavy but nothing most people can't handle.

Great build, fast delivery and everything functioned as expected. Very good Job Skatebolt!

My dog and I live in Chicago and I work in the city. My job had moved me from a convenient location with a parking lot to downtown about 3.5 miles away from where I live. Public transportation would take $100 a month and take 30-40 minutes each way and a bike would take about 20 (but I was always tired).
I hoped that the Tornado Pro A would be faster and less tiring than my current commuting method so that it was practical to come home and take my dog out on my lunch break.
The thing, thankfully, was just what I needed. I'm not sure how other electric skateboard compare but I've been riding it for 2 months with 250+ miles on it so far and it's really been a life saver. I'm about 225lbs (102 kg), 235lbs with a backpack and it still goes 27 mph through the city. Chicago is decently flat so battery power isn't a huge problem. I can make it back home in 15 minutes (because of all the stop signs) and walk my dog daily.
There was only one issue with the battery seeming to die completely (but it came up as fully charged when I plugged it back in) that the skatebolt team took complete care of at no charge since it happened within 60 days. I just got it back and it works perfectly.
The only issues I can think of is the wheels are obviously smaller than a bike tire so I have to watch out for potholes, deep sewer grates, rumble strips and the like - which isn't a problem is you're paying attention and you really shouldn't use it in the rain -which I'll bite the bullet and take the bus every once in a while if I have to.
Overall, this product perfectly solved my issue in the best way I can think of. I can commute to work pretty quickly, I don't have to pay money for the bus or a dog walker, I can get back home to walk my dog, it's the fastest way to get around Chicago (Chicago is super flat), and honestly, it's a blast going that fast through the city. Again, this is my first experience with an electric skateboard so I'm not sure how others compare but the fact that I can give my dog a potty break in the middle of the day, keep my job and have a fun commute is worth the 650$ or whatever it costs. Thanks!!

I rode my friend's Tornado Pro and knew I had to get one. When I got my Skatebolt the remote was faulty but the company sent me a new one immediately- and then I was off to the races! Amazing control, smooth ride, long lasting battery, and so much fun. It's fast so take your time getting comfortable. About to take a cruise right now- get one already!

I love this thing so much but one of the motor wheels stopped working and I don't know what to do

Awesome board my daughter loves everything about it. Not sure about winter time, but still great board.
Meghan D.
Great product! Love it.

Had mine for two days now and put 91miles on the board very fast I’ve got 27mph on a full charge very fun would like to see where to get replacement sleeves for my wheels
Dan
Exactly as advertised. Very strong. Everybody loves it!
Joshua J.
One of my best boards. I’ve bought two from this company and going to buy more!!
christina B.
I bought this for my 16 yr old son. He loves it. The battery last through several days of riding. I only wish the remote had a strap. Other then that it is a great board.
Raymond O.
Great all around. Recommend a wrist strap for the remote. Also, the customer service phone goes to voicemail every time with no one ever picking it up. Email responses are pretty good. Thank you for the military discount!
Maria D.
I love this board! The speed is top notch , cruise control is very comfortable and easy to use, and the board can honestly go over almost any surface! …I just wish the remote was a little bit less sensitive and had more resistance when accelerating, but I fixed that by putting a thick hair tie around the top of the remote.
Overall I give a 10 out of 10… it’s basically my car!!
Glenn L.
I'll be honest I rate it an 8/10.
I purchased the Breeze 2 a year ago and it's been great. It's just had some internal battery malfunction issues but I've gotten them fixed in a decent time. I'd rate the Breeze 2 a 9/10.
But the Tornado Pro A lacks in quality in a few areas.
1. The biggest issue is the grip-tape roughness. I'm 150lbs btw and it's too slippery in my opinion for how fast I can go. I was hoping it was the same grip-tape as the breeze 2. My first time riding it I went 20-23mph and while riding over some bumps/cracks I could feel my feet sliding about half an inch toward the edges of the board.
2. The next biggest issue is the power/range of the board. I learned that if the board is used at 20+mph then the battery will drain at a drastic rate and only reach about 14mi max in range. But if I keep the mph around 15-18mph max then I can actually go the full distance of 20-22mi.
3. The remote seems to display a speed that's about 2-3mph higher than my actual speed. I'm used to riding the Breeze 2 and accustomed to how fast things are coming toward me, how the board feels under my feet, and how much wind I get but on the Tornado Pro A once I hit about 18+mph it feels like my remote clocks me at 22mph when I feel like I'm going 19mph.
Everything else about the board feels good.
When will you make a board that goes 30mph and a distance of 20+ miles??? :-)
jeff
Amazing board super fast
sam j tartamella
Great handling maneuvers wonderful breaks are good! fast enough call board!
Joshua W.
I've wanted one for awhile. While I cannot yet comment on upkeep, i can comment on performance. It's fast. The controller is easy to use and functions great. It handles going up hills like a champ. Definitely the most fun I've had with a skateboard in a long time. Right now it has proven to be a worthy buy.

So much better than expected. Endless fun and no signs of degradation after a few months. Definitely would recommend to anyone who has thought about it.

I use this for joyrides, with friends, around town. I love the lights on the back because those allow you to safely travel at night, unfortunately my lights didn't last very long but you can get any bright lights and mount them and they work just as well. This was a great purchase, I use it almost daily. It's absolutely perfect for traveling in big or small cities and towns, great handling, long distance and decent speed. If you live in a small town or big city I highly recommend you take a look at this. It will add simplicity to your life

Love this skateboard! Smooth yet sturdy ride & super easy to learn! Just bought a second one for my wife so we can ride together! Clocked 100+ miles on each with no issues so far, highly recommend.

I love the longboard even tho I ended up getting up getting hit by a car and now I’m having surgery on my wrist the longboard got hit by the car and still managed to survive.
Quade B.
It is really fun!

I'm a large guy pushing the weight limit of this board and this thing MOVES with me on it! I've only put about 10 miles on the board so far but love every second I get to ride it!
Cody G.
It’s fast as fuck
Maria
worth every penny I’m 280+ with my backpack an can go 25mph easy and climbs right up hills battery last about 15/20 miles probably because my weight has 4 speed modes an breaking modes so you can take it nice an slow at first

Skatebolt's customer service has been amazing. Their quick response back to any questions I had was so appreciated (they even responded by email on Christmas!). I cannot recommend this company more and their products.
Danny B.
I bought the Skatebolt in August 2020 and use it extensively at my university. In three months of use, I've travelled 300 miles and hit a top speed of 30 mph. Super reliable, I've never had a single problem and haven't had to replace any parts, despite the high mileage. I haven't tried other electric boards, but I would immediately buy this again for the quality build and reasonable price.

Review of the Tornado Pro
Pros: Overall good quality and steady to ride when not in higher gears. Unlike some other boards the bottom is a single, solid piece which I appreciate. The dual motors are also a plus. This has been a good starter electric skateboard. The price range and quality was good in comparison to others I was looking at before choosing the Tornado Pro.
Cons: Once you begin to hit 10-15 MPH, the board seems to wobble, even after tightening the trucks. Throttle speeds don't seem to be consistent each time and sometimes feel like they adjust before manually adjusting them on the remote. When switching to a higher speed it seems like it over accelerates before slowing back down to the correct speed. This is also an issue with the remote, which is extremely sensitive. When the remote is used to accelerate, the board seems to jerk forward rather than smoothly accelerate. If acceleration and speed changes could be smoother, it would make for a better ride.

I have been skating for years and this has to be my favorite thing to come. after a long day at work being able to cruise around town still and not get tired is amazing. riding with friends is also fun going to the beach or just going on long loops that we never would've on a normal board.
Jason S.
Blown away by this skatebolt. Most fun I've had in years highly recommended Make you feel 16 again Worth every penny

My son loves his Skatebolt Tornado Pro. The whole experience from purchase to delivery was great!
Doug D.
I love this board! And I must say I weigh 195lbs and it had no problem taking me up a 15-20% grade. I took it for a spin three days in a row And still have half a charge left. Having so much fun with it!

This is truely a great board at a great price! Absolutely meets all expectations. I bought this for my 27 year old adult son for his birthday. He was a classic boarder (skate and snow) through-out his childhood and into adulthood. Unfortunately and tragically he now suffers from he schizophrenia but he is able to well manage using this board. When I see him going down the street in the neighborhood, with a big smile on his face, I know it has a positive therapeutic effect on his mental well-being. The battery life, speed, and range meets the specifications. I only have three minor suggestions for your consideration for future versions. (One suggestion likely being an unusual request.) Consider adding built-in headlight, some type of built-in handle, and (here's the unusual one) a way to limit the top speed in more of a permanent way separate and distinct from the remote control. (Which can easily be adjusted.) For my son, I'd prefer a top speed of about 15-18 MPH.
Thanks so much for this nice board.
Sincerely,
DRV
Sam
I live in Rosemead,ca and have been riding Eboard for a couple years. Whether it is climbing hills or going through rough terrain the board always puushes through. The battery life gets me at least 15 miles and I've clocked my top speed at 23.8 mph. Well done Skatebolt team.
Jiaxing Fu
Had the board for about 2 weeks. Done some light testing (about 30 miles ridden), no long range stuff yet, some pretty steep hills. Acceleration and break curves are AMAZING, so smooth, even at high and medium setting.

Got this skate because of a review on youtube! and till today for 5 months and still running great! And I have 230 pounds! Lol. And yes it's fast and worth any penny!

I have been riding this board around NYC and Central Park like a savage since it arrived on April 27th. I am 39 years old. 6'1" 185 lbs. I can get it to go 28 mph down hills, 25 mph uphills. picked this one for the price, advertised speed/battery mileage. It has been great so far. Stay safe everyone!
Jarbem
If you looking for a best bugget! This is the one! Smooth breaks.. fast acceleration.. really soft and nice trucks! He turn of alone in uphill once.. its my first day.. Let's s see how's going and let you know more in few weeks!

Awesome, is all I can say right now. I just got this board yesterday and have already put about 5 miles on it. I was pretty nervous ordering a board with very little reviews and no video reviews. I took a leap of faith and so far I have not been disappointed. The only electric skateboard I have been on before this was a Liftboard single, this board blows that board away by far and it should.
